Ugh, talking scenes are so tedious... it's much more tedious than it seems! I'm trying to come up with some good shots to keep it visually interesting.
That ship was fun to draw. I've already learned a whole lot about boats from planning this story.

I'm working on streamlining my process, though, and I think I can stop doing these tight thumbs, since I've gotten quite familiar with the setting.
